We are seeking applications for the position of Trainers. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online:

Job responsibilities:

To conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) of the employees

To design training programs for the staff of microfinance, liability, operations and other functions

To develop reading materials and presentations for the training programs

To conduct training sessions in various training programs of the bank

To evaluate performance of the Trainees in the training programs

To analyze impact of training on the performance of employees

Must have excellent knowledge about SBP rules & regulations & Banks internal SOPs/Policies.

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualification: Minimum Qualification shall be Masters or 16 years education from HECrecognized institutions

Experience: Shall preferably have 05 years or more experience of banking

Job Location: Head Office, Bahawalpur
