We are seeking applications for the position of Trainers. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online:

Job responsibilities:

·         To conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) of the employees

·         To design training programs for the staff of microfinance, liability, operations and other functions

·         To develop reading materials and presentations for the training programs

·         To conduct training sessions in various training programs of the bank

·         To evaluate performance of the Trainees in the training programs

·         To analyze impact of training on the performance of employees


Must have excellent knowledge about SBP rules & regulations & Bank’s internal SOPs/Policies.

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualification:            Minimum Qualification shall be Masters or 16 years education from HEC recognized institutions

 Experience:              Shall preferably have 05 years or more experience of banking

 Job Location:           Head Office, Bahawalpur
