We are seeking applications for the position of Manager Investigation & Complaint Management. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online:
· Conduct investigations of Fraud/Forgery/Misconduct cases as an impartial representative.
· Gathering and reviewing of evidences.
· Prepare investigation reports.
· To be responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all complaints.
· To provide complaint trends to the management.
· Assess the effectiveness of the complaint process.
· Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints.
Qualification: Master’s Degree or any other equivalent related degree from an HEC recognized institution. Candidate having hands on experience on legal matters will be given preference.
Experience: Minimum At least 5 Years of relevant experience in investigation & Complaint Management
Job Location: Presently Bahawalpur to be shifted to Islamabad in near future.
