We are seeking applications for the position of Manager Investigation & Complaint Management. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online:
Conduct investigations of Fraud/Forgery/Misconduct cases as an impartial representative.
Gathering and reviewing of evidences.
Prepare investigation reports.
To be responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all complaints.
To provide complaint trends to the management.
Assess the effectiveness of the complaint process.
Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints.
Qualification: Masters Degree or any other equivalent related degree from an HEC recognized institution. Candidate having hands on experience on legal matters will be given preference.
Experience: Minimum At least 5 Years of relevant experience in investigation & Complaint Management
Job Location: Presently Bahawalpur to be shifted to Islamabad in near future.
