• Ensure that assigned deposit targets are met on a monthly basis
• Identify new clients for the mobilization of deposits
• Develop & maintain long-term relationships with deposits clients
• Focus on the generation of low-cost deposits (CASA Deposits)
• Monitor the performance of other deposit staff of the Branch
• Maintain a healthy mix of deposits (Current, Savings & TDRs)
• Hire and retain deposit mobilization staff of the Branch and ensure that they achieve their targets.
• Obtain feedback from the market and brief your line managers on what other competitor banks are offering.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Management
