We are seeking applications for the position of Operations Officer/Teller.

Job responsibilities:

• Being in compliance with all relevant internal rules and operational regulations.
• Support the Teller in case of necessity.
• Supporting high level of customer service quality and high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform payment to vendors, following the instructions of the Operations Manager.
• Joint custodian of cash and collateral documents.
• Develop timely reporting to Regional and Head Office according internal procedures.
• Prepare daily review and signing for correctness of all operational vouchers and branch records.
• Open customer accounts after completing necessary requirements and formalities.
• Keeping record of all valuable items (cheque blankets, debit cards, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Any other task assigned by Management.
