Job responsibilities:

1.      Coordinate internal resources for ln-house, Ex-house and third parties\vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

2.      Ensure that, all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

3.      Define scope, goals and deliverables/objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

4.      Manage resource availability and allocation.

5.      Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

6.      To ensure a project is progressing as planned, must measure constantly and compare against the approved project plan.

7.      Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project objective.

8.      Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

9.      Reopen and escalate to management as needed.

10.   Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

11.   Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

12.   Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in guidelines with bank’s approval policy

13.   Manage Project related activities and coordinate with all stakeholders.

14.   Attend and resolve audit observation related to Projects.

15.   To ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies, SOPs of SBP & NRSP Bank.

16.   To follow superior ethical practices in dealing with clients and other stakeholders.

17.   Any Other Task Assigned by Management.

Qualification:          

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT from HEC recognized institution.

 Experience:

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
