Job responsibilities:

• Should possess experience of managing Sales team.
• Assign monthly and annual target to his team and monitor the actual performance.
• Maintain the PAR below 1% of his team outstanding portfolio.
• Ensure 99% recovery of his team’s loans.
• Ensure Compliance to all SBP’s and Bank’s policies, rules and regulations.
• Must have basic knowledge about microfinance credit products.
• Should have knowledge of financial appraisal including, cash flow analysis, income statement to determine repayment capacity of borrowers.
• Ensure that the sales targets are achieved as set by the management.
• Monitoring of proper loan utilization after loan disbursement and to immediately inform supervisor in case of miss-utilization of loan.
• Ensure timely recovery of loans.
• Any other task assigned by Management.
